My Yoga Instructor said: if you can’t control your body, forget about controlling your mind. She asked us to press the four corners of our feet on the ground and lift our arch up. We struggled. Case in point.

There are moments in the practice, however, when you take your mind off your posture and think about nothing but your breathing- and all of a sudden, you don’t feel anything. “The yoga is in that ‘breath'”, she said “That is when yoga happens”.
