Beauty: You earn it, you’re not born with it

I think beauty should not even be talked about. It should just be a feeling. Or maybe something along the lines of wisdom: its deeper. You earn it, you’re not born with it. To me, that is beauty.

A recent article in Toronto Star stated the following:

According to the results of a British survey of 2,000 people, women reach their peak of beauty at 31….Inner happiness — doing something you love and being in love — make women look their best…

The Dove Ad below very well exemplifies the concept of distorted beauty. Maybe the term ‘beauty’ should never have been created. Actually beauty is a good word. The term ‘pretty’ should not have been created. The entire concept behind this word is shallow.
