“It’s probably Matt’s fault”-WordPress

I thought that receiving such a personalized note from WordPress was cute.

This is how WordPress greets me:

On April Fools Day, WordPress showed me exponentially high page views-and then said “April Fools”.  Google fooled me too with Gmail Motion-that was hilarious.
This is when Amazon emailed me about my Kindle. No formalities-straight to the point.

Twitter also does it. It says “Sorry, we messed up”.

I like such communication strategies-It really helps establish trust
