You know, growing up, whether it was a calculator, computer, or even the photocopy machine, it wouldn’t work? You just look for the restart button, blow around the wires a bit, and that would just magically fix the problem. We all did that, and it worked. Now with all the Apple products, what are you supposed to do? Its just one piece. Once it stops working, you just kind of look at it and say ‘this is it’, this is all it is. You can’t blow, you can’t restart. Its just a big black piece of glass, and it has the audacity to throw back your image at you just to show you how stressed you appear. I must say, when I buy electronics, I must be empowered with the capacity to troubleshoot its problems. It has to be fix-able. I hope electronic makers out there are listening. And when I say that, I don’t mean 100 pages of literature. I am alluding to methods such as restarting, or kicking. Mind you, I have never had trouble with my iPhone. It just needed an update, so it revealed its’ not-so-user-friendly tendencies to me. We are friends again.
